Winery story:This white wine is produced in the vineyards of Saint Jean D'ardieres in the Rhône department of France.
Soil: Clay and litholith.
Grape Harvesting: The grapes are picked by hand when they are at their optimum ripeness.
Vinification: Traditional brewing in stainless steel vats.
Tasting Notes:Clarifying and crystal clear, fruity and uniquely charming, it is unforgettable when you smell it. Low acidity, smooth taste.
Pair with food:Ideal as an aperitif. It is not to be missed with lighter dishes such as grilled fish, oysters, lobster, sushi, asparagus, steamed vegetarian dishes or light salads.
