WINE HISTORY AND TASTING
Winery story:Chateau Puy Galland is located in the town of Saint-Sibba, about 50 kilometers northwest of Bordeaux and 10 kilometers east of Saint-Emilion. It has been operated by the Labatut family for three generations. Since 2010, the estate has been jointly operated by Bernard and David.
This classic Bordeaux wine has pure fruit aromas with hints of leather and herbal spices. On the palate powerful and balanced but with soft and round tannins, black cherry, red and black currant flavors with some vanilla and a long finish. It is brewed by the owner of the winery, Bernard Labatut. He is a winemaker dedicated to making a great wine.
Tasting Notes:Aromas of ripe red fruit mixed with aromas of toasted oak barrels. Mellow brings roundness and full body.
