What is the purchase process?

Two simple steps:

  1. Send the inquiry form; filled with your real contact information and the payment method you would like to use.
  2. Soon after we will contact you by phone, and if the inquiry is approved we will send you the product.
What are the payment methods? (after inquiry confirmed)

We accept two payment methods:Cash on delivery and direct bank transfer.If direct bank transfer is used the wine will be sent after receiving the payment.

What is an inquiry form? Is it an order?

Due to Taiwan’s legal regulations, alcohol products cannot be sold directly online. For this reason, before receiving your product you will have to send an inquiry form. This inquiry helps us to ensure that you are over 18 years old.

*This is an “Inquiry Form” it is not an “Order Form” and therefore the product will only be sent after the inquiry is approved.

Can I directly pay on the website?

Due to Taiwan’s legal regulations, we do not accept any payment directly on the website. If you have any question you can contact us.

Is cash on delivery available?

Yes, you can pay with cash on delivery. You will also need to present an ID card to prove your identity and age. When making your order during the checkout you can choose cash on delivery as payment method.

Can I pay with bank transfer?

Yes, you can. When making your order during the checkout you can choose the bank transfer as payment method. You will have to pay before the product is sent.

What payments method are available?

We accept two payment methods:

Can i pay with credit card?

We do not provide this service at the moment.

What is the delivery time?

2 to 4 business days is the average delivery time in Taiwan.

Is free shipping available?

Free shipping for orders of 6 bottles or more, or over NT$2900.

Which document do i need to prepare on delivery?

You will need to provide your ID card to prove your identity.

Can I track my parcel?

Yes, we do provide this service. After making the order you can track your parcel on your order page, by clicking here. You will also receive a confirmation mail with a tracking number when the parcel is shipped.

Can you ship to my location?

We ship nationwide in Taiwan. In other words, if you are in Taiwan we can deliver you the product.

Do you ship product abroad?

We do not ship products outside of Taiwan at the moment.

What if I need to order a big quantity of wine?

If you are preparing a big event such as a wedding, corporate reunion, party… and you have special requirements concerning your order feel free tocontact us.

What is the minimum age to order alcohol?

The legal age for purchasing alcohol is 18 years old.

People under 18 cannot order products on our website, it is clearly prohibited in accordance with Taiwan’s law and our policy.

I haven't receive my item. What can i do?

If you did not receive your product after 10 days you can contact us and we will find a solution.

Can I return the product?

Only products damaged during the shipping can be returned, so we encourage you to inspect the product when you receive it.

What if the product is damaged?

If the product is damaged during the delivery we will cover all the fees and we will refund the money if you already paid.
